after Feb. 01, 2004, registration and payment will be possible only directly at the conference 

You can submit one abstract for poster presentation and can apply for the oral presentation of your poster in addition. Submission for oral presentation must be made by January 01, 2004. The Organising Committee will select a total of 15 short talks from the submitted abstracts.

Day-tickets are available on site. For pricing information please refer to info@immune-therapy.de.
Members of BioMedTec Franken e.V. and Bayerischer Forschungsverbund forimmun will receive a 20% discount on all registration fees.
Registration includes free refreshments during coffe breaks.

Please make sure that the delegate's name (matching with the name on the registration form) is given on the bank transfer.

2. Payment by credit card (Visa, Euro/Mastercard only):
After online-registration you will receive a fax form for credit card payment. For your security we do not ask for your credit card numbers via internet.

All payments are to be made in EURO (€), free of charges for the beneficiary.

The Conference Office regrets that checks cannot be accepted.

Confirmation of Registration
Upon online-registration you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Please bring proof of payment when you register directly at the conference.

Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute participant is welcome at no extra charge. Please notify the Conference Office of any such substitutions as soon as possible. In case a cancellation reaches us until February 9 we will charge 20 € cancellation fee. Afterwards the full registration fee will be charged. Cancellations must be in writing. Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations.
